In 2005, I commenced employment with Aviva, albeit for reason that lacked intentionality. However, through my tenure, I discovered a fondness for the technical components of the position. Subsequently I moved to QBE Insurance, where I could further pursue my passion by specialising in commercial, motor trade and overseas claims. regrettably, due to redundancy I transitioned back to Verisk, where I gained valuable experience in credit hire and honed my expertise in liability and indemnity matter. During my last three years, my efforts have been concentrated on enhancing the customer journey by identifying and eliminating obstacles. In pursuit of this objective, I implemented a range of human and software based solutions aimed at expediting claims resulting in the most efficient and hassle-free manner possible.

I have way too many hobbies and interests, I love astronomy and have a particularly soft spot for Saturn and Orion. I love planes and regularly visit museums and attend air shows to see them. I’m a big fan of all music genres and love going to gigs and concerts.
